6 year old male white lion, Ramses, from the Capron Park Zoo in Attleboro, MA.

White lions are not albinos but are instead similar to white tigers. They have very light blue eyes which are highly sensitive to the sun, thus making them squint often in bright light.

Feel free to use as a reference or as stock for photo-manipulations. Non-commercial use only.

Being a lion myself it's rare that I will say my own kind is gorgeous. This is a rare type of lion with beautiful light blue eyes.. Something not found in the real species :)

Haha, he is very handsome. Normally I'd say cuddling lions is a bad idea but Ramses is such a playful, kitten-like lion that it doesn't sound like too bad of an idea, lol.
