Right? Snow leopard tails are crazy... people usually don't believe me when I say that their tail is as long as their body until they see one themselves.

It makes sense that they have to be extra long, I guess they must have to balance on precarious rocks when they are on mountain sides.

Yes ~ :) Snow leopards use their tails to help them regain their balance and footing in their natural habitat of icy cliffs! It's really cool to watch them climb

Haha, I know, right? And they're tails have a TON of muscles in them! I swear that they can flick their tails with zero effort even though that tail must be heavy, lol.

I know. They might have the most impressive tails of the entire feeling kingdom.
That and I've heard they can even use them to fight. :XD:

There's a style of fighting in Shaolin called "Snow Leopard," based on the movements of the animals claws and tail. :)

Wow! This is why this is my favorite big cat. They can look so small but in certain poses, take on a different shape and look even bigger.

Right? Snow leopards seem so small when they're just walking or standing but when they starting literally leaping it's unbelievable. It definitely reminds you how powerful and agile they are if nothing else!
