Mmm, would I be allowed to use it as stock for a manip I was commissioned? Since it's not for real money, but for dA points, I don't know if it should be considered commercial use. Please let me know! =)

If it's just for dA points then that should be fine (so long as the person you're making it for also realizes that the image cannot be used for commercial purposes).
