Will it be mass-published/produced and used for profit? Typically I consider commercial to be a person using my stock to benefit themselves more than just fulfilling a hobby (or making slight pocket change from commissions and such). If it's just for personal use, then it would definitely be fine.

It's to promote my upcoming second novel. I won't be selling the image/video, but you could consider it advertising. Something like this: [link] ....( but better). It's going to be a "teaser" with very brief flashes of the images used, and I would put your name in the credits and video description of course. (And mostly it's for my personal entertainment. I don't get much traffic on youtube XD )
